Operation 100 Churches
in 24 Months
Partner and Donor Prospectus · An invitation from Prophet David Rauf
BECOME A KINGDOM BUILDER →100 additional churches in 100 communities
The Hopespring church planting vision seeks to establish 100 new, operating churches, each with its own permanent building, within 24 months of the formally announced programme start. Each proposed chapel is designed for approximately 100–150 seats.
“A church becomes part of the life of a community. A child can learn the Scriptures there. A family can find encouragement there. A new believer can be discipled there.” — Prophet David Rauf
Church planting includes regular worship, biblical teaching, prayer, evangelism, follow-up for new believers, discipleship, and leadership support. The 10,000–15,000 combined seats represent potential seating capacity, not predicted attendance or membership.
A vision already taking root
The ministry reports approximately 33 existing chapels constructed in village communities, some with pastors’ residences, and further existing projects under construction. None of these are counted toward the new 100-church target.
Examples of existing ministry locations include Walewale, Zebilla, Garu, Nakpanduri, Bunkpurugu, Nalerigu, Langbinsi and Navrongo. These are examples, not a verified complete register. Individual project status, spelling, dates, and photographs must be checked before being attached to specific locations.
VIEW ORIGINAL MINISTRY PHOTOGRAPHS →Project profiles will identify verified location, responsible pastor (with consent), building status, dated photographs, and actual attendance where recorded. No unverified names, completion dates or attendance figures are presented here.
More than a building
Congregation
A newly established congregation meeting regularly, with a responsible pastor or ministry leader and a discipleship plan.
Secured site
Documented rights for church use, community consultation and site verification before construction.
Safe permanent chapel
A completed, suitable 100–150-seat building with essential seating, a pulpit and basic worship equipment.
Documented handover
Approved budget, verified location, completion evidence and handover report. Building completion and church completion are reported separately.
Pastors’ residences are optional and separately budgeted; not every existing chapel has one. An unfinished building, purchased plot or rented meeting place will not be counted as a completed church.
How the US$20,000 construction target is planned
The proposed construction target is US$20,000 per chapel × 100 = US$2,000,000. This is a planning target, not a contractor quotation or an all-inclusive price. Every site requires its own approved bill of quantities and estimates.
